The Role:

TigerPak is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at our Berrinba office in QLD.

Based in Berrinba and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's business, responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving sales targets. 

Duties; 

• Actioning customer requests and enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
• Attending external appointments with potential and current clients to actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Manage relationships with an existing network of customers
• Entering, emailing and following up quotations.

 Skills & Experience;

• At least 2 years in B2B sales or account management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Has a drive to excel in Sales and building relationships.
• Self-motivated & has ability to meet KPI’s and targets. 
• Work well in a team environment and also independently when required
